How long do my orders take to ship?  Most orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours. Special orders can take slightly longer. You should receive email updates on your orders. We only use Australia Post, to ensure your resin arrives promptly and safely. We ship all across Australia and now globally

Where are you based? We are based in Gisborne, located approx. 50km North West of Melbourne CBD. 

Can I pick up my order to avoid postage? You certainly can. Just select local pick up in the checkout. A staff member will touch base via email or text message when your order is ready for collection. Please note all store visits are by appointment only.

Where are your resins made? All of our resins are made right here in Melbourne, using only premium raw ingredients. We are certified Australian Made, and proudly wear the yellow kangaroo badge.

Do you offer discounts? We strive to offer every day value to all our customers. Even during sales events, our resins are often still cheaper than comparable products. How do I pour in layers?- Pouring in layers is often required when embedding objects in resin, or if your piece is too deep for the recommended max pouring depth of the epoxy. Many factors contribute to the curing times of epoxy such as ambient temperature, depth of pour and type of resin used. But as a rough, here are the approx. times of when to pour your layers.

Ultimate Glass- every 12-24 hours

Clarity Cast- every 24-36 hours

Deep Pour & BotaniClear- every 48-56 hours

ResinNext- every 2-3 hours
