'BotaniClear' is a premium epoxy specifically formulated for clear pours and flower preservations. Developed by the Oakfield Clear team, this resin offers streak free curing. It has a crisp, water like colour.. so it looks like glass. The bubble release is incredible, and is a dream to pour. Being a slow curing resin, it gives you 3-4 hours of working time, and will not overheat, so perfectly preserves your precious blooms. It has superior UV resistance, and can be poured up to 50mm deep in a single pour. And like all of our resins, it is VOC free. Mixing Ratio: 2:1 by volume Max Depth: 50mm in a single pour (for lower ambient temps only. For temps above 20 degrees Celsius, do not pour over 40mm deep). Layering: We recommend doing your layers every 48 hours approx, to ensure the mechanical bond is strong Flowers: Please ensure your flowers/objects are completely dry before casting Full Cure: 5-7 days
**Please note: You MUST pre warm your Part A sealed jug in a sink or bucket of hot tap water for 15-20mins before mixing. There is a secret ingredient in the Part A that will only activate when it reaches 35-40 degrees Celsius. It is a crucial step for streak free pours.
